Scope: This is a call for papers for a special issue of Understanding and Dismantling Privilege, ALL BLACK LIVES MATTER. This is an interdisciplinary journal, open-access journal.
We welcome research, personal reflections, creative work, teaching strategies, and student voices (please encourage students to submit strong work they may have completed this semester!). Work which speaks to lived experiences and critically constructed conceptions of All Black Lives will be considered for publication. Please log in to the UDP website to submit your work by December 15th, 2020 (If you can submit something not long after than deadline, please email the special issue editors to request an extension) This special issue intends to address the diversity of those who identify as Black and honor additional lived experiences and social identities. In the words of Aurdre Lorde, “There is no such thing as a single-issue struggle because we do not live single-issue lives.”
Currently accepting submissions for the special issue, as well as other issues, at: Understanding and Dismantling Privilege journal. Reviewers also needed!
